I agree with most, fajitas or philly steak would be my first choice.
Depending on how thin and shitty they are, you might be able salvage some of it and cut them up for ka-bobs.

I like to cut them thin, marinate them, cook over and open fire, and cut them up into steak bites as an app. I do this for my family during family Christmas weekend. Every once in a while I just throw a few on and we all have Steak bites instead of one sit down dinner.

I did the Bulgogi somebody suggested though not the recipe that was linked. It was fricking delicious and I’m now gonna purchase shitty ribeyes on purpose to do it again

I have pictures but I’m too lazy to figure out how to post them
