At the store today, I stumble upon these on sale for $4 each (normally $14 each). I grabbed all of them.

Other than just smoking them, any suggestions?

Turkey based sausage. Turkey Jerky

Use some to make the base for Turkey Pot Pies. I do this with some of the leftover fried turkey meat from Thanksgiving. Combine it with a bunch of fresh vegetables, make a blond roux and a cream sauce like a chowder so it's nice and thick and freeze it to use later. Make your pie dough for the crusts, defrost a pack of the filling and bake.

So just smoke it (or roast it) and use that in the pot pie?

An instapot or pressure cooker will turn one of those out nice and tender in about 45 minutes.

You can debone them and pound them flat and stuff them with your favorite filling.

fry and slice
smoke and slice
smoke or fry and use in casseroles
cut up thick pieces and make a stew similar to a chicken stew or stickey chicken

slice real thin and use for sandwiches

deep fry them and make buffolo chicken sandwiches

essentially anything you can do with chicken breast you can do with turkey breast

Yes. I always use cooked turkey to make the turkey pot pie and put the cooked meat at the end of the cooking cycle. I get the sauce/gravy cooked with the fresh vegetables and when pretty much done, add the cut up meat.

You will bake it when you make the turkey pot pies for at lease 45 minutes or so until the pie is done.

Make some smoked Cajun turkey deli meat.

Coat completely with your preferred Cajun seasoning and let dry brine in the fridge overnight to 2 days. Smoke until desired internal temperature and slice thin.

Or you can try making turkey pastrami.

If you have dogs, dehydrate one for turkey jerky.
