I keep a box of Lipton chicken soup on hand all the time in case I’m feeling puny.
I have a few Knorr Swiss noodle meals about to expire. Easy side or lunch, but I never remember to use them.

I know that boxed pasta salad is so bad for you (salt, fat)

Not as bad as that food fried in vegetable or whatever PUFA oil you used.

I could eat pepperoni hot pockets every day of the week if I wanted. Anything stoffers but definitely the Grandma's chicken and rice casserole.

Trader Joe’s is perfect for these situations. We stock up about once a month or so.

Their Indian stuff is great, the butter chicken being the best.

Their lasagna (both meat and vegetable) is really good and a great price. It’s probably the best frozen lasagna I have found and for $6 it will give you 4 nice size slices.

Canned chicken
Slice of American cheese
Pasta sauce

All heated up and melted together in a pot.

Thank me later.

I will occasionally destroy a box of hamburger helper deluxe beef stroganoff. No shame about it either.
