I could agree that St Arnold is overrated in these parts.
Although their BB series and some Devine Reserves are really good beers. I will buy Pumpkinator every year, but it gets overhyped. It is the Mexican Cake of St Arnold.

I think fairhope has improved significantly and now can be considered underrated

So pro's crowd control, ragana porter, lazarus are all top notch

I don't know if it's underrated, or I just perceive it as underrated in these parts, but Maine Brewing Company puts out nothing but great beers. Aside from Dinner, you rarely hear about their beers, but they are all phenomenal. They are distributed to 13 states, but you rarely hear much about them.
I'd also argue that Odell is underrated.

They were the first craft brewery I knew anything about since I grew up Houston. The only good thing about working in Monroe is I have solid supply for DR and bishop barrel that no one gives a damn about.

I agree. Really enjoyed Hop Hogan. Of course they put out a lot of really good beers including 51, Causeway IPA, and Painted Black IPA.
I'd have to agree on Oskar Blues not getting the respect it deserves. That Gubner 2015, wow.

I agree about maine, amazing ipas, but their best stuff doesnt make it to those 13 states so its a tad deceiving.
Ive never been overly impressed by odells, they make good stuff, but nothing ive had from them has ever blown me away.

I think if you go back 5-10 years, they are the Abita of Texas. Now I regard them FAR higher than Abita... Abita is finally trying to do what Saint Arnold has done to become more than just basic.
Not all Icons, Divine Reserves, or Bishop's Barrels are phenomenal, but I respect them for the effort, and some of them have been really good.
Plus I LOVE Pumpkinator.
Like I said, just a tad underrated... I think they deserve a little more credit than they get.

Big brewery - Founders. i think someone mentioned them earlier, beers are always solid, Centennial IPA is good and almost is always on the shelf along with All day, good stuff all the way around.
Small brewery on the rise - Tree House.
I've been lucky enough to have 3 of their IPA's and "world class" is right, looking forward to trying the stouts sometime soon

I don't think Tree House is underrated man
maybe there are people who just have not had their beer or heard of them, but Tree House is well regarded among craft beer nerds

Boulevard in Kansas City. They're starting to make their way South. Their Smokestack series (mostly available in 750mL bottles) are incredible.
