Love them.

Montecristo if that counts:
quote:

A variation of the Croque-monsieur, the Monte Cristo is made with ham, cheese, a bit of mustard, and mayonnaise, then it’s dipped in egg and cooked just like french toast. Say whaaat?!? Yep, no joke. It’s kind of crazy, isn’t it? Crazy town is what it is. We’re walking on the wild side with this sandwich, people.

My all time favorite is about as simple as it gets. White bread, pepperoni, mayo. Maybe a couple pickle slices. I loved that sandwich from when I was a kid and it's still one of my favorites.

Corned beef on toasted white with spicy mayo and mustard is another one I really like and you can't go wrong with a good French dip sandwich.

Stein's Deli

The Kelly

Prosciutto
Delice du Bourgogne
Thinly sliced green apple
Ciabatta

I mean, come on. You're getting this incredible salty/acidic/rich blend? On ciabatta? Shut up.

The cheese, the delice, I've found it at Whole Foods -- cheeseboard game changer. Bought it whenever I see it and I would drag my old socks in it. It's that good.

Frequently available:
1 - Cuban
2 - Philly
3 - French Dip
4 - Italian

One that I like that I can only find here in Tampa is the Beef Martini from Wrights. Here is their description:

"Rare roast beef, mushrooms marinated in white wine
and crisp bacon slices with our own garlic & herb butter
on buttercrust white bread. In 1976 my grandmother and
my sister, Mindy, created this delicious sandwich. Widely
imitated, our Beef Martini could never be duplicated!"

If I've been in the heat, I love a good club sandwich. Totally refreshing.

But I would go roast beef or shrimp poboy. If I can't decide, surf n turf.

Can't pick just one...

Cuban
Po Boy (pretty much any kind)
Torta
Cheeseburger
Reuben
Muffaletta

Plus some of the simplest homemade sandwiches, like a fresh tomato, a BLT, a meatloaf, sausage and cheese, fried bologna and cheese....

Now, I'm hungry.

You and me both. Sometimes the meatloaf never hits the table, it goes right into some poboy bread.

Bacon, egg, and cheese. Cook the eggs over easy, cut the sandwich, throw some pepper on the spilled yolk and dip the sandwich in that.
