Bears roast beef po boy is the best around!!
Love the grilled chicken croissant t brew bachers as well the carving board sandwich at Zeas.

Bahn Mi at eat well of Canal. I like it spicy.
The Italian at Deangelo's is up there as well.
BBLT at Pimonlya's or how ever you spell it...

ETA: To answer the OP, The Chick in Monterrey sandwich at The Real Pickle in Shreveport is consistantly my favorite, or at least "go-to" sandwich.

Locally, I love the club at Maxwell Market.

Best sandwich I've ever had though is the Italian at White House in A.C.
