That one and the one on Tchoups could use some better management.

The Tchop store needs to fire every single one of the deli workers. It's akin to rolling into the DMV and asking for cold cuts.

How Rouses finds their behavior acceptable is beyond me! I'm going in there one day and recording the customers in line for 2 hours and posting it online. The frowns and scoffs in those two hours should light a fire under the Rouse boys!

If corrected, that would be the nicest store.

CBD by far. If I'm in Metairie I go to Dorignac's.

The one in Houma on St. Charles is very good.

That would explain a lot.

The Transcontinental Rouse's is pretty terrible, IMO. The Airline location isn't bad, but the booze selection is atrocious. That alone stops me from visiting. And yes, Dorignac's is generally superior. I don't mind shopping with my grandma.

That's Barronne, and is the best one they have imo.

I live between Labarre Rouses and Clearview, so i go to both of them a lot.

I prefer Labarre, because of the beer and cheese selection. The one on Clearview has shitty beer and almost no cheese. And they hire retards to work the register.

Clearview has the better salad bar. that's about it

The one they just did off of David Dr. turned out really nice. They have an excellent wine section.

By far the best store and the best employees and customers.

I agree. And, although, I suppose it's my favorite Rouses, they really only succeed in this with regard to their prices.

WTH

I prefer the CBD store. I'm not a big fan of the Gretna but it's not bad. Meat and beer section needs upgrading though.

The sad thing is, they built out really big gorgeous spaces for both, but then choose to stock each with the most half-assed selections imaginable.

The one in Denham is nice. The only grocery store better than that in metro Baton Rouge is Calandro's on Perkins (and that's because it has a better beer selection and the produce isn't laid out weird.) We live downtown, but go to that store about once a month. I can't wait until the one on Airline opens up in (hopefully) a year or so.

Maybe I'm just too used to the Youngsville location.

That's why I don't like Bertrand, I'm just used to Youngsville. Never been to the one on Johnston but it looks nice from the outside.

Johnston location is really nice but I still prefer Youngsville. I guess I'm just used to the layout.
