I didn’t see just women chowing down on this board a few months ago. It was a hit with both men and women.

What’s not to like?

A friend of mine has a business and makes them like that. She bases is off of what they are looking for or for different occasions. Like for Father’s Day is was more meat and cheese based. Actually when it al comes together it’s pretty nice.

Charcuterie is French for, "I'd like a sandwich, but I'm out of bread"

This is a female fad that Im perfectly okay with.

Crackers, cheese, meat, mustard, pickles, etc. I love all of those things.

If you can't enjoy a shareable board of meats and cheeses with accoutrements, you are probably a picky eater.

I’m a big fan of these; especially with sliced grilled boudin, smoked sausage, raw red onion, and various cheeses, pickles, and olives. We usually serve as an appetizer for a gathering before a big meal. Everyone is stuffed before the meal!

A) who doesn't love meat & cheese and peppers?
B) Women mostly graze like cattle to eat, particularly when drinking at a party of sorts. They have their wine or prosecco and stand around the charcuterie board gossiping and snacking for 2 full hours until it's done
C) Women love taking pictures of food for social media

It makes a great food porn Instagram post without actually having to cook anything yourself, of course chicks love it. chicks like to arrange and organize, that's all you're doing with the meats, cheeses, and accoutrements. I know that is a generalization, but it nails my wife over the head like a mallet, and would be willing to bet most people's wives on this board as well.
