If that doesn't qualify, I make this Italian dish that I'm sure y'all would find unworthy as well, but it's one of the best things I've ever eaten

Mac and cheese has to qualify, if it's your favorite.

Nevertheless, I would have guessed that your favorite would be cooking up a cocktail or five for yourself.

same here

as far as stovetop/oven goes I'd say pork loin w/ a sauce is my favorite. so many different combinations of flavors you can play with.

My families favorite meal is what i love to cook the most

Paw Paw Druby fried chicken.....I buy a whole chicken cut it up...throw it in a gallon ziploc bag....throw in a small bottle of louisiana hot sauce......1/4 cup of season all let it marinade for 20 minutesbthen fry it with not batter

Basic jambalay with chix sausage and andouille

Fresh cucumers and tomatoes

Pot of butter beans

I love boiling crawfish, talking shite and introducing new people to it. when the season gets into swing, I'll boil once a week.

I love to make soups.

I also really love to wing it with a bunch of leftovers and whatever good ingredients I have on hand.

Mostly, I like to cook stuff that is not the same old same old.

I like the challenge of having to sub ingredients and seeing if I can make that work. Sometimes the sub ingredients became a regular part of the preparation.
