Collectivo Dark Sumatra.

Went to the coffee shops in Milwaukee of all places. We order it in 5lb bags. It's fantastic if you like dark roasts.

Use it in our Jura but started using it in pour overs. Makes a jam up cup.

a few years ago we searched for a reasonable priced coffee we both liked bout the time I retired. We tried many coffees before finding a cheap one we could make strong enough for us to like with none of the yucky strong taste. after a year of trying different cheap coffee we settled on always save in the yellow bag. We serve it to friends who often remark that's it is good and they want to know what it is and are always surprised

We’ve been drinking Parish Medium Roast for a while. I highly recommend it.

I’m rotating between community coffee cafe special, French truck commanders palace, and southern grind bushwhacker flavor

River Road Creole blend. It’s their equivalent of medium-dark roast. Very smooth, with no bitter aftertaste.

I make a gallon of homemade cold brew each week using the Costco Columbian Dark Roast. Its like $10 for a three pound can and turns out strong and tasty. I've never tried to brew it hot so I can't speak to that.

Rare hot coffee is usually Nespresso pods, or Community New Orleans blend made in a french press.

Lately it has been Mojo since Hey closed their Uptown lovation.

Tends to be the Costa Rica coffee, but I dabble in others.

Cherry seems to have her stuff in stock all the time, just hard to pay over a dollar per ounce of beans.

Recently have been alternating between French Market Dark Roast (Blue can) and New Orleans Roast Dark Roast. Have recently caught Segafreddo on sale, as well. Too lazy to roast, and my popper only gets the beans so dark in any case.

Any brand as long as it's a Dark or French Roast. Can't do Light or Medium.
