I follow Sous Vide Everything and should have posted it. This is the go-to channel for sous vide from 101 to expert level. Thanks Yat

eta: Bluebarracuda mentioned Joshua Weissman already and it looks like a great channel!

How to BBQ Right. Everything that guy makes is awesome. He explains it in a non confusing way and it turns out awesome every time. It makes you want to try to cook it.

Food Wishes is another good one.

I second Sam the Cooking Guy. Been doing a bunch of his recipes. I desperately want that outdoor flat top cooking surface he has.

I was going to post that one if it wasnt already. Also his Guga Food channel, have yall seen that one?

Webspoon world is kinda cool to just have playing in the background.

Not really a channel but somehow how in my suggestions ill have Asian street/little shop flat top cooking videos. Would be something the Blackstone owners would benefit from I think.

can't believe it took the second page to finally give some props to Guga! His Sous Vide channel is great. His Guga channel (steaks done hundreds of different ways) is very schticky and just ok, but do not sleep on his SV one. The best thing about both, though, is him. His personality is infectious.

Not cooking but I've been watching Joel Hansen videos recently. It's like man vs food where he goes around the country and crushes food challenges. He can pack a ton of food away and does it in a non disgusting manner. Makes it look easy.
