He cracks me up though, as cheesy as he and his one-liners are. He does have some great recipes and his videos aren't outrageously long.

I’ll add Kenji Lopez-Alt and Chinese Cooking Demystified. I’m more about the cultural stuff in Chinese Cooking Demystified, like they go to the Taco Bell in Beijing or show a typical weeknight dinner.
