Joel is the goat. He just ate that bad azz
Burrito for $1100 in like a min and a half. 3 lbs. the 15-20lb challenges he does are insane. I agree with you. Hate the ones that are just disgusting and he is 95% of the time clean eating

Bruno Albouze

Bruno is a solid technician that showcases the versatility of a simple oven and stove. I also like French Cooking Academy with Stéphane for his no nonsense approach to classic French cuisine. These kickass techniques from Hiroyuki Terada Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef are very impressive. I also appreciate how Serious Eats Food Lab Playlist explains the "why" behind cooking. Lastly, the how-to approach from Jacob Burton(formerly Stella Culinary) are pretty informative too.

Whenever I begin to miss the hustle and bustle of the dinner-service rush, I watch these GoPro first person point-of-view channels to remind me of the good times in the past.

I can second these two, and Kenji Lopez-Alt. I enjoy their stuff.

For recipes and a little ASMR videography:

Almazan Kitchen (my favorite to watch)
Kimono Mom ( she has an incredibly magnetic quality)
