People would be surprised how much Kimchi helps kick up a lot of foods.

You must have borrowed Trout Bandits camera.

Try shredded smoked, aged Gouda with sautéed mushrooms and onions.

And a really good hot dog chili is the Chisesi's chili in the tube. Good stuff.

MD I'm not opposed to canned chili on a hot dog. What the hell I ate it as a kid. Key to a good hot dog to me is a good, fresh, steamed bun. Bad bun, bad dog.

I agree. I don't necessarily have to have steamed, but soft and fresh is a must for a good dog.

I usually throw some Doritos on the bun.

You should at least use the Spicy Nacho flavored Doritos.

Anyone ever try Famous Dave's spicy pickle relish? Nice tangy kick to it. Onions are a must for me, as well as mustard.

Not sure if you're trolling if you actually expect the uppity people of the F&D board to give you serious answers about this.

I appreciate finer dining too but sometimes you gotta slum it up and I love a good hot dog with canned chili.

Chili
red onion
cheese
mustard

And candied jalapenos when I have them.
