Looks good! We're having pull pork nachos tonight from the picnic shoulder I did yesterday.

Did sous vide for the first time. Like it better than a reverse sear

Boiled Crawfish, potatos sausage and mushrooms. My son bought home a 20lb sack from work, they were really nice for this time of the year.

Breakfast for dinner. Ham, cheddar, and spinach omelet. Not pretty, but still good.

Bayou Tiger got his bartender fed, and I got my son and DIL fed. Smothered pork chops, rice and gravy, corn, cornbread, white beans. They usually come for Sunday dinner, but DIL was under the weather, so I packed up lunch, plus I usually send them home with a leftover meal.
