I’ve been wanting to try the Cajun Ninja pastalaya for a while. Finally gave it a go today. The wife, kids, and parents all approve. I will be making it again. Quite tasty.

Did better with this week’s ribeyes.
Pulled at 118° and seared exactly two minutes each side. Medium rare to medium I’d say. Salt and pepper only.

Raw Navy Cove Oysters with a Champagne Mignonette
Baked with smoked andouille with bell pepper trio, garlic and shedded cheese blend.
Chargrilled with garlic butter, black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
