BBQ’d shrimp, Prudhomme method with a mod or two, and a salad.

To go salads. Fried chicken for my wife. I had grilled chicken but forgot to get a picture. They were out of croutons. :(

Years ago I had tea leaf salad at a Burmese restaurant and loved it, but have never had the opportunity to have it again. I recently discovered that you can order a kit online, and so I did.

Excuse the clash of cultures, but we had some ground beef that needed to be used.

Salmon with dill creme fraiche and a soft boiled egg. Good stuff. Homemade creme fraiche, homegrown dill, eggs from the neighbor and salmon from a friends Alaska trip a few months ago. So pretty much a free dinner.

I'm making crawfish and corn stew out of leftovers from yesterday's boil. I'm laughing because I googled, "crawfish stew tigerdroppings" and what came up was a picture step by step thread... BY ME.

I don't remember making the thread, but now I'm using it as my recipe.
