He’s a super nice guy. He comes to the bar that I hang out at every now and then and usually buys a round for everyone.
My son has a very rare disease and gets an infusion of Sylvant every 3 weeks. They bill the insurance around $40,000 per infusion. I think the insurance only pays about $15,000 of that. Still insane that any treatment costs that much. My son gets a grant from the drug manufacturer of up to $25,000 per year which more than covers his deductible.
Listened to a lot of Hank Jr. growing up.

Family Tradition and Whiskey Bent and Hell Bound
Coco Mademoiselle is the goat. I also wear Chance - the green one - which is also a Chanel fragrance. I get lots of compliments on both.

Also known as high comma, God’s comma and comma at the top
He had a TBI several years ago. Perhaps he has some lingering effects from that.
What does that say about us?

I worked with a lady whose husband was a bouncer at The Texas Club. He would go through the trash every night and get all the miles off the boxes. They got the pool table. It was rad.

I second this! Great food and atmosphere.

some people are truly terrible and need to be cut out

This is the case with my children’s father. Neither one of them speak to him. He’s an abuser and he refuses to get mental help. Both of his parents are dead and neither of his brothers have anything to do with him either. My children are better off without him. My daughter has been estranged from him for a very long time. She’s got a long list of issues that stem from his abuse. She and I even didn’t speak for about 3 years because she was making terrible life choices and refused to listen to reason. She finally hit rock bottom and is on the way up. She got help and she’s making good choices now and her life has taken a turn in the right direction. My son finally pulled the plug on their relationship when he got engaged and was planning his wedding and future family. He didn’t want his wife and children exposed to him and his abuse. Once he made the decision, he said he felt relieved. He had struggled with it for a long time. He felt like he had to put up with him because he was his father. I feel for both of my kids because I had a great father and they missed out on that. They have plenty of other family and friends that love them and treat them respectfully though.

I have a few different pairs of GoodRs

Same! I ordered 4 pairs last week-couldn’t decide which color and for only $25/pair, why not? Wore them for the first time this weekend and I liked them a lot.
Had to go to Water Works District #2 in St. Helena Friday to request new service to my property that I’m going to start building on. Their office hours are 12-3 M-F. They only accept cash, check or money order. No online payment options-only by mail or in person. The employees are very nice though and said they’re “getting there” in regards to offering online payment options. A very nice gentleman called me this morning and was already at my property marking the location for the meter, so at least I’m getting prompt service. I’m optimistic at this point.

Funny must have missed it in every one of the concerts I've seen.

Same! She didn’t get political at all.
I like a lot of her songs but I’m not exactly what you would consider a Swiftie. I went to the Friday night show and I was impressed. She’s definitely an entertainer. One of the best shows I’ve seen.
