Finishing up the last of the debris roast beef, so I'm going to throw it on top of some fries and mozzarella pearls and make a meaty poutine. Lil Crystal on top.

After starting my morning with the preferred pizza thread ...
I thawed a yeast dough I had frozen a month ago or so. Not nearly a true pizza dough, was making a Hawaiian roll type bread back then, has honey in it. Topped it like the preference I listed except no sausage.
Then with the cheese

Left the crust a light brown so that reheating will not scorch it. So filling there's still half leftover.

Did a brisket and other things. Not my best but not my worse Folks seemed happy. Found some gumbo in the freezer, too.:)

Wife did a big batch of sticky chicken over rice, with a big side of smothered cabbage for lunch. Leftovers of that for dinner. We've been meaning to hit up the local Dairy Queen for nostalgic favorites, and tonight we did just that: her, a dip cone, and me, a chocolate malt.

LOL. We all appreciate pics...and if anyone could dress up a Pizza Hut pizza via quality pics, it's you.

Full disclosure, this was supposed to be a chicken sauce piquante, but she forgot to buy the tomato stuff......so, sticky chicken.

I think when I started cooking, lo those many moons ago, I got confused and made smothered chicken instead of sticky. Never changed it after that.
