Took my new wok for a spin. Made fried rice, stir fried vegetables, and fried egg. Forgot to get the spatula.

Leftovers of meatloaf and buttered potatoes, but I reconfigured the potatoes into potato cakes. Fresh broccoli.

Pork and couscous stuffed peppers.

Got 3 weeks of EveryPlate for dirt cheap, and am on week 2 as of today. I like to do this every now and then to change things up. This is the first time I've actually been impressed with the ingredient quality and that the company isn't late or missing items in their box.

My best friends sent over some spaghetti sauce that was delicious. All I had to do was boil noodles. Best kind of dinners- the ones you don't have to cook.
