Nachos. Always better in theory, to me. Salad not pictured.

I feel the same way! I love them at restaurants but when I try to make them at home they're garbage :( Yours actually look good, though.

We're cleaning out the fridge so we can make room for some new shite, so I had leftover tacos, the last of the carrot sticks with blue cheese dressing for dipping, and will probably warm up the wee bit of truffle parmesan mac & cheese that is left.

Had a couple of Screwdrivers to kill the jug of OJ, and have since switched to vodka waters.

Thanks! They look better than they are. We had leftover chips and salsa from a restaurant delivery last night and I thought (wrongly) that THIS time they’d be delicious. Would’ve been better as just chips and salsa.

Wife cooked skillet-roasted lemon chicken, a la Barefoot Contessa. It's heavy on herbs like thyme, fennel, pepper, served on a bed of caramelized onions.
Side of garlic sauteed spinach.

Veron's fresh sausage and smothered potatoes. Love a one-pot dish.

Where? The wife and kids are dying for some but I refuse to pay ridiculous prices for crawfish.

Look up Bubba Luke on Facebook. His place is in Bayou Blue across from the Middle School.

I got these at a restaurant. Live price up here is $3.50, at least I saw that price this week.
