Creamy tortellini Minestrone

I made a couple of tweaks to the recipe and it came out even better than I expected! Rich, delicious and chock full of veggies.

Half a croissant and vodka waters on the side.

With some fresh homemade coleslaw. My best brisket to date. Was always hooked in cooking until at least 202. Started probing at 190, pulled at 197, tested for an hour. Super moist!

It is freaking awesome. The HC Red is amazing on pork too. A smoked pork steak with HCR and finished with a vinegar bbq sauce might be my favorite food.
