Zucchini, tomato and Italian sausage soup, with some carrots and alphabet pasta that had been hanging out in the pantry for awhile. Garlic bread.

Twas great - it's way too cold outside.

Mrs4 made tacos per the request of our offspring. FIL brought over a big pot of Red Beans and sausage yesterday, so we are running a day ahead of the typical dinner options this week.

We've got a blizzard roaring outside, so I made comfort food.

Kraft mac & cheese with a side of petit pois.

Vodka waters to wash it down.

Man that creole looks good.

I’m having soft boiled eggs with crispy prosciutto and onions.

Mopped up with a big slice of toasted, buttered sourdough .

We still have some larger oysters on the farm from Covid/Sally. Middle oysters are our sweet spot to sell at 3 inches. Top we call Covid oysters. Perfect for grilling and frying. Fried some up. 3 full bites per oyster meat. Delicious.
