It's cold outside, so I wanted to warm my guts with Indian takeout
I got Baingan bharta, garlic naan and an order of samosas.
It hit the spot, I ate wayyyy too much, and my fiance' won't touch it so I have my weight in leftovers :)

I don't see what' wrong with the spring rolls. Just dip them in peanut or fish sauce and you're good to go.

They’re very limp and not tightly rolled enough. I was having the hardest time getting control of the slippery wrappers.

Yeah, the rice paper can be tricky. Roll too soon, it's rigid. Roll too late, it's too sticky. You have a 30 second window to roll when it's right.
