15 bean soup/stew with extra black eyed peas, collard greens and ham over rice.

Not taking any chances with 2021. We're having *all* the legumes.

Cornbread

Nothing. Did lunch today. Not a fan of cooked cabbage, so there’s none on my plate but I can cook it. :) Cornbread is under my black eyed peas.

Similar to everyone elses. Marinated this ham steak in Steens cane syrup and a homemade southwest seasoning before grilling.

Wife wanted Alaskan king crab legs. Added some creamed spinach, risotto, and drawn butter.

I just went with some chopped ribeye and crab claws.
