Well, it was a busy afternoon and we agreed to just have a simple dinner of some pain perdu for dinner but it turned into breakfast.
One of my eggs over did a Humpty Dumpty and broke.

Same as last night BUT I used seasoned bread crumbs vs seasoned flour with some meat church holy gospel. The bread crumbs worked way better with this dish.

Got story time for my dinner tonight.
Had quite the run in today at Chipotle. About had to whoop some dudes arse. He cussed out the worker for putting corn on his bowl he said what the frick is wrong can you not listen, are you stupid? I went off on him. The 16-18 yr old girl was in tears behind the counter. He was like it's not that fricking hard to listen. I told him to shut the frick up and it’s not that fricking hard to not be a shitty person to people you don't even know, shes doing her best and it's the week of Christmas shut the frick up and then he kinda shut up. He said frick you softly to me and I just said frick you too bitch. Then I felt bad and apologized to the family behind me and he was like nah man good for you that ain't right. I hadn’t been that heated in a long long time. I just don’t understand how someone can be that mean to someone they don’t know. Especially a 35-40 year old to a worker who is likely making $8 an hour doing her best.
Anyways. I had a chicken and steak salad with cheese, queso, sour cream and guac added, and the girl rang me up for free, so I gave her a $20 tip.

I've done this sort of thing a few times too. I have no patience for people that treat workers shitty. Some older (maybe 60?) man was being incredibly rude to the young hostesses at Sammy's for his takeout taking too long when they were slammed. He was still berating them after he got his food, so tried to make him feel bad as I basically walked him out of the place.
Opened the door for him, asked how he would feel if someone was speaking to his granddaughter that way, and shut the door on him. I hope he felt bad, but I doubt it.
I really just don't get people like that.
