Had an early dinner in mid city NOLA at a place called neyows creole cafe.

Enjoyed the chargrilled oysters. Bread pudding was delicious but hated the sauce

Did smash burgers tonight.

Even with cooler weather one must stay properly hydrated.

I was especially hugry tonight. Busy day prepping for cooking tomorrow for my oldest daughter's birthday, baking her a cake and running to Costco then finally getting back home to cook burgers on the Blackstone.

Had one double and a single......

Two 10" cake layers.

I need to complete the frosting of the cake and probably add the ganache' tomorrow morning.
