Bacon & Bleu salads with roasted chicken on top. I also added a boiled egg and a handful of croutons to mine.

Cocoa Krispies for dessert.

Vodka waters in between.

Pretty simple mixture of random things from the fridge/freezer — ground turkey, mushroom, red onion, kale, cauliflower rice

I made this pot of chili yesterday in hopes that it would still be a bit cooler today but what was I thinking being in southeast Louisiana?

I felt like having a grilled cheese sandwich with mine and they go perfectly together.

Had my chili with a lil sour cream, some shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeno pepper.

And a good grilled cheese sandwich is always welcome!

Made lasagna in the crockpot. Better than Stouffers, worse than regular oven. Noodles are too soft.

bison cheeseburger
roasted potatoes and tomatoes
strawberry catahoula

that store bought bison is my new favorite burger meat. It’s tasty without being so greasy. Makes far less of a mess in the kitchen as well

Didn’t have a lot of time, so I took my leftover BBQ chicken and ribs, deboned both, chopped it all up, combined it in a pot, added some rub, apple cider vinegar, some store bought BQ sauce and heated it all up for sandwiches. Pickle on the bottom, onion on the top and slaw on the side for me. Slaw on top for my wife. :)
