All done. Calandros prime filets are like butter from the sous vide.
Topped with crumbled blue cheese and finishing salt. Shaved some Romano on the asparagus too!

Thanks, tonight's was good, but other than picking from the menu, I didn't have much to do with it.
Yeah, I think about photos when I look at everyone's meals on the site. But truthfully, I'm not the most organized cook and taking photos is never on my radar. My plating needs work too! One of these days I might remember to at least get finished/plated photo.
