Boiled shrimp and cocktail is one of the best items on earth. I’ll order a ridiculous shrimp cocktail in a martini glass like it’s the 60s anywhere that has it.

Dinner won’t be until later. Have a couple prime filets in the sous vide. Baked sweet potato. Asparagus.

Damnit. Was supposed to also make a Caesar salad but I forgot the anchovies and the eggs

I started doing this instead of roasting, and it’s like butter. Love it. I drizzle browned butter and garlic on it.

When you steam it,consider dropping a slice or two of lemon in the pot.
