Marion’s Kitchen - Spicy Pork Noodle Soup

I used ramen noodles, but I would try different noodles next time. First time using gochujang and also black vinegar. The soup is really good, but maybe I’d kick up the spice a notch.

Tonight I made your coconut shrimp from a couple pages back. First time trying it and it was awesome. I don’t care for coconut on cakes or other foods but with the shrimp it just works. A little spicy and a little sweet. The neighbors were over and there wasn’t a crumb left. Muchas Gracias

Crawfish arancini and a Caesar salad at Rocca. They’re doing short order only and it flowed very smoothly.

Without looking at the photo, I was lIke “Ew of course it’s sriracha”. But now I’m looking at the photo and it looks like ketchup.

the thick squirt looked like ketchup. I actually kinda want to try ketchup on an egg roll now. I bet it’s not bad

I did a 24 hour, 135 degree sous vide on a chuck roast from Rouses that I got on sale for $7. It came out really good, had a baked potato and a side salad to eat with that.
