I got another big piece of Atlantic salmon that I'm going to poach in water, Chardonnay, butter, and Tony's.

Going to BRQ in a bit. I hear their BBQ isn't good, plus its hot AF today, so I might just get a seafood salad.

Pesto over a choice of zucchini noodles or pasta, with a salad of arugula , mango , roasted Spanish peanuts, and Sensation dressing.

Beer-braised bratwurst on a toasted bun, topped with onions, peppers, sauerkraut and horseradish mustard.

I napped through dinner, but if I can peel myself off of the couch long enough to actually make a brat, I feel confident that it will be delicious.

Everything but the rice was delightful. As always, the rice is what it is.

I haven’t tried mashed cauliflower yet but the cauliflower rice is great, I made a version of jambalaya with a few weeks ago and my daughter didn’t know the difference.

Pesto over a choice of zucchini noodles or pasta,

Had a bumper crop of basil this year. Pesto is now my go to for tomato sandwiches. Give it a try.
