A one pot/skillet meal - Cabbage, green beans, potatoes and smoked sausage cooked until the cabbage was wilted with onions, garlic and little chicken stock. Cornbread to sop the juices.

I use a squirt bottle to draw interesting stuff (like the sinking of the Andrea Dora) on mine and then eat them. If done properly, there is no evidence of mustard when finished.

I don't always eat ketchup on my tater tots, but when I do, I like to dip them.

We have had a trying day, and SO wasn't hungry, so I heated up a frozen meal from EVOL. I bought it on a whim a while back in case of a hard day.

It was Portabello & Goat Cheese Ravioli in a sauce of basil, spinach, red bell pepper and cremini mushrooms.

Y'all. It tasted better than anything I could have cooked, and I mean that sincerely. It was absolutely delicious, portion size was great, and of course it was insanely easy. 10/10.

Vodka waters. Lots of them.

Hodge podge dinner.

Blistered shishito peppers from the garden. Sautéed baby broccoli. Boiled tri color potatoes. Sautéed spinach. Sunny side eggs. Everything bagel thin to hold each egg — one side with strawberry preserves, other side with vidalia onion relish from Southside Produce.
