I seasoned a small tri tip this morning with Rodelle's Prime Rib Rub and then marinated it in a honey Teriyaki marinade. Put it on the Keg to grill with some pecan wood chips for smoke.

Took it off at 146° Internal and let it rest before slicing.

The smell was amazing and the pecan wood smoke was light and perfect.

Served with steamed broccoli & cheese sauce and potato salad.

Not a bad meal!!!

Spare ribs, baked beans, street corn/cabbage, and mac.

Only thing not homemade was the mac.
