Will be some 3” filets in the skillet with roasted broccoli (EVOO, rice vinegar, garlic, red pepper, salt) and a sweet potato loaded with butter. And wine.

Daughter wanted some hot wings so started some fries earlier , boiled for 10 minutes then dipped in the oil for about a minute and a half. Then went into the freezer for until time for the second fry. Since the oil was hot I cooked up some Churros.

Straight to the freezer.

Leftover tamale pie (upside down) and roasted squash and zucchini from my son’s garden.

Messy plate.

Leftover ground turkey taco filling from Cinco de Mayo over leftover Cuban style black beans that needed to be eaten or tossed. Sliced apples for dessert.

Because we have been unable to host family and friend events like we normally do-the husband and I have eaten a lot of steak during the stay at home situation!
