Baked chicken breast with Rao's low sugar tomato sauce, 21 seasoning from Trader Joe's, oregano, thyme, and topped with shredded mozzarella.

Had leftover ham in the freezer. Made Dandy Don's recipe on his website for ham and beans (subbed bacon grease for vegetable oil). Was tasty. Would eat again.

Going to make up some sort of Mexican pie. Ground beef, taco seasonings, hash browns, peppers, onion, salsa, mexicheese .. mix and put into pie crust.
