In Portland, so went to check out Pok Pok

Not sure what this was called, but it was pork belly, prawns cooked in a clay pot with rice noodles and a spicy cilantro Chile sauce we put on top

Had leftover sauce from Instant pot butter chicken I made a couple of days ago, so I tossed some crawfish tails in it and threw that on top of spaghetti squash.
