Beer-braised brats with onions, bell peppers, sauerkraut, and spicy mustard.

Was hoping to wash it down with some LSU baseball today, but I guess we'll see.

Ribs have another hour or so on the kettle.

Smoked a brisket, vidallia onion casserole and Mex street corn salad.





Pulled it when point was 203, and flat was 196. Was like butter, rested it for 2hrs and it tightened up. was edible but I have about decided to quit smoking these things. About 1 in 3 I get right. Pork Butt takes way less effort, money and comes out great every time.

Have a venison spaghetti going. Will eat with Caesar salad and garlic breadsticks.
