My dude smoked a spatchcock peri-peri chicken and some sausage (one regular, one with cheese)

Instant Pot roasted garlic & herb cheesy mashed potatoes

Grilled zucchini, yellow squash and red onion

Grilled sourdough

Sauteed oyster mushrooms (we grew them!)

We got the chicken, sausages, and sourdough from the South African market down the street. Everything we've gotten from them has been awesome so I'm excited to eat!

Pork roast in the oven, big white limas, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad and biscuits. Fed my bartender. :)

It was good but it would rank behind gumbo and etouffee for me.

Took the wife to Krystal (Highway 80 at the old MetroCenter Mall) in Jackson for burgers and fries after church tonight. Made it into and out of Jackson without getting shot or carjacked, so it was a good meal.
