Sauteed onion, yellow squash, and cheery tomatoes. Added grilled chicken thighs and rotini pasta. Little butter, lemon juice, and pasta water. The sauce came out nice.

It's the 3-ingredient one someone posted from Serious Eats the other day. Just equal parts noodles, meltable cheese (I grated half a block of mild cheddar and half a block of Colby Jack), and evaporated milk. A little salt.
They say 3-ingredient, but I also added paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.

Dinner was boring and nondescript. But I did just cut up 2 peaches and pours some cream over them and had peaches and cream for dessert. That was delicious. Very good peaches.
