We’re working on homemade pasta.

Whiskey sour to start...

Trying a lemon ricotta sauce...

And the best sub $10 wine I know of...

Damn...it’s 4:30

Meatballs needed a little broil imo

PASTA!

Looks like a great time.

Going to Parish tonight for a nice meal...duck wraps, crab cakes, a Wedge salad and not sure what else.

Also added redfish on the half shell. Awesome food and service.

Nice.

Picked up some of those pork belly strips from Costco. Cut them in to 2” pieces and crisped them up in cast iron. Then sautéed some cabbage on high heat in the grease.

Had some leftover chicken thighs that I needed to cook. Asked my wife if she wanted stewed chicken or Jambalaya. She said pastalaya. :)

Weak effort on my part. Thin sliced bbq chicken breast from air fryer and roasted fresh eggplant.

Tasted better than it looked.
