Nate inspired me last night so I baked some skin-on chicken thighs. Mac & cheese and green peas on the side.

Hot Pot at Beausoleil. Crab, lobster, oysters, shrimp, mussels and clams in a coconut curry broth over rice.

That hot pot is so damn good. And definitely more than a meal for me.

We are doing misc sushi items. My appetizer is beef though; so heathen I am.

The real sacrifice (for me) would be giving up crawfish and other seafood. Or only have fishsticks or tuna sandwich choices like the hard life I had as a kid. ;)

Oh agreed. I am not on board like my wife is on the no meat but certainly a nice redfish on Friday is nothing but a treat anyway.

Doing. Tri-tip tomorrow with Brussels sprouts and asparagus, will post.

Ohhhhh. I know who you were with now. Nice for y’all! We love to have lunch there. And that lasagna with meatballs is my go to.

But don’t sleep on the osso bucco ravioli with pink sauce instead of red.

Veggie lasagna because I’m catholic. Stuffed pork chop on the side because I’m not as catholic as my wife
