Made Southwestern omelets here for dinner with black beans and chips. Omelets had onions, bell peppers, Rotel, s=Swiss and Jalapeno/Habanero cheese and ham.
Not bad except I flopped when I should've flipped.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin; rubbed with 3 Beer BBQ Rub and served with BBQ sauce (not my normal go to rub, but was just trying to use up what I had - it's OK in a pinch), and and Roasted Brussels sprouts with warm honey glaze. Both excellent!
Recipe for the Honey Brussels Sprouts

Homemade Pizza - crusts were so-so, too chewy. But, otherwise the tastes were good.
Pesto, chicken, artichoke, portabella, red onion, provolone, mozzarella
Red sauce, soppressata, Italian sausage from Robert's, red onion, fresh mozzarella.
Anchovies on my slices from both preps.

Rotisserie chicken w/ Carolina sauce, corn, green beans, and a flavored rice packet thing. The rotisserie meat left a lot to be desired this time.

We went southwestern as well with salads. My grandmothers garden is in full bloom so she gave us some fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and corn. We made an avocado/cilantro dressing and some blackened chipotle chicken.
