Didn't really feel like cooking tonight so I grilled some beef hot dogs on the Keg and tossed some waffle fries in the oven.

I sauced some and just grilled the rest. I had one with chili and cheese and one with bbq sauce and diced onions.

I'll make up for this tomorrow. Not that this was a bad meal. Pretty tasty!

Sure, nothing exotic. Leftover salmon, hard boiled eggs, red onion, mayo, mustard, Tony’s, and black pepper. It could use some diced pickles.

Tried a new (to me) brand of frozen pizza. Crav'n rising crust..It was on sale so...Reminds me of a Digiorno pizza but with much better sauce. I added some BBQ pork and some mozzarella cheese. It was good..

I love hot dogs for dinner. Looks great.

Just getting 3 soft tacos and a side of black beans from Taco Bell tonight. Waited too long to do anything better, and now I'm just starving.

Bought crawfish. Mid plus February...crawfish are as good as they’re gonna get this year. Perfect size, perfect shell, a lot of juice. Perfect...:) Wouldn’t wait until they should be right cause they already are. Made me happy...:)

Pork Larb lettuce wraps.

Actually did the toasted and ground sticky rice this time. Makes a huge difference in the flavor/texture. Not skipping this anymore.
