I did a small Apple Butter Pork Loin on the grill for a little smoke flavor. Sides were green beans with andouille and potatoes, spinach and crispy fried smashed potatoes over a baby spring salad mix with a vinaigrette drizzled over.

My wife made a ground meat spaghetti I ate a little if that and a few leftover boiled crabs.

I think I posted in that thread last week. I like to cook them over open fire / cowboy pit. Cooked medium well.
