I’m about to eat a smoked turkey and jarlsberg sandwich, chicken liver pate, mac and cheese, spinach madeline, shrimp and mirliton casserole and 3 different desserts. Still drinking heavily. Merry Christmas!!

Finally getting to eat for Christmas as we were waiting on the SILs kids to arrive.

Some kind of brussel sprouts

I've seen your recipe for that...I'm looking to make something different for Game Day snacks this week, and it sounds delicious. I'm assuming I can sub sour cream for the mayo?

Smoked a standing rib roast over Pecan the 26th. Finished under the broiler.
