I know it’s a little early for dinner, but when you go to bed at 8:00pm because you wake at 3am for work, gotta eat the early bird.
First time making this (and not the last time) Asian slaw salad with roasted almonds, broccoli slaw, homemade Thai peanut butter dressing, and pan fried Spam fries.
I haven’t had Spam in 40+ years. It’s damn good.
