Ole boy claims he has lost a ton of weight with the food he posts. Which if true, makes me wonder how he was ever hefty to start with because he eats like a king.

Regardless, his food is usually the best looking thing in any thread and always does pics so he is practically off limits on this board.

Those steaks make me jealous every time

Bayou Tiger Fan Too has posted pictures before that detailed his weight loss. Very impressive. He just eats in moderation and does a lot of walking. I admire his commitment to stick with it.

On the backside of sixty and unless we’re eating out, I’ve had a glass of milk, with supper, pretty much my whole life. An old dog, new tricks kinda thing.

I usually eat a pretty good supper but other than that, I don’t eat much else during the day. I have a light breakfast, no lunch, don’t snack and walk a minimum of five miles a day @ four miles an hour. If I make it until May 1, I’ll have walked every day for five straight years, other than missing three days last year, when I had Covid. Pretty good run for an old, fat man. :)
