i used to do this until i discovered how much better a baked sweet potato was in the gumbo.

I make jambalaya sandwiches when I'm served sliced bread with it. Fold a slice of Bunny and shovel jambalaya into it like a taco.

A spicy Thai cracker. Nice.

One time I fried oysters and made an Asian honey, garlic and ginger glaze to toss them in. Family loved it.

A bowl of hot grits with a slice of hog's head cheese on top. Let it melt in the grits and enjoy.

Spread mayo on a piece of corn on the cob then roll it in Parmesan cheese. Yummy.

Don't know that's weird, but mixing dirty rice and mac n cheese together is the titty sprinkles.

Also, mac n cheese on a sloppy joe is pretty legit.

Sardines with hot sauce and rice

Sometimes I put a little mayo in my jambalaya

Sour cream mixed in to beans.... red, black, white..... dont matter

I always put a little milk in my ice cream

I like noodles in my chili every now and again

Not really a full out combo but I sure do get some strange looks from people when I put mustard in my red beans...It's just something I was raised on and old habits are tough to break. Not that I really care to stop. I love it

The "Elvis" I had in Memphis was pb, banana, bacon, and mayo on white toast. It was great.
