I mean it's like eating two of my homemade burgers. Big deal.

ok, I've had enough of the High Hat burger comments...it's time to try this thing

agreed
What's wrong with you people? I love Steak and Shake. They are supposed to open a few in the area sometime in the near future :nana:
Looks good to me :dunno:

I'd actually consider taking the ride out to Covington to try it this weekend if I was sure they had it. It's only $7.77
No, it's not a "Big Mac by any other name." And sorry for you if you've never had a Big Boy... tastes nothing like a Big Mac.

Nice to meet ya, Al.
The Superburger is actually a spinoff of the Big Boy. I think some of the original Big Boy owners split up and started their own places. Eat N' Park and Elby's were the two by where I grew up; I think Elby's went extinct about ten years ago. The Big Mac is a ripoff of the Big Boy. Both the Big Boy and the Superburger are far superior to a Big Mac, although I do like Big Macs also.
Speaking of places which no longer exist, my #2 burger would be the "Big Kid" from Del Kid in Robinson, PA. One-pound burger with 8 slices of bacon, served with home fries and gravy. We nicknamed it the 'Spider Burger' because the bacon strips looked like legs hanging out the sides. Wish I had a pic.
Fast food or otherwise? Mine is the Superburger from Eat N' Park, a Pittsburgh-area chain...

Big boy is the original. Mcd is the copycat. Sure do wish we had a big boy around here.
I usually order a Double Quarter Pounder and tell them I want it dressed like a Big Mac :nana:
Cool Hand Luke

and it's really not even close.

I'd think that turnips or rutabagas would be good.
I prefer the American version, but I'm in the minority. Great movie; one of my favorites of the last decade.
The garlic is my wife's favorite part of the boil.
Kansas beat G'Town early in the season, but the Hoyas are a different team now.

I disagree. If Porter returns, they will have every single player back. Kentucky has been a disappointment this season.

OK, maybe not a lock, but they'll definitely be preseason #1.
Hoyas are looking mighty tough.

If Otto Porter stays another year (highly doubtful), they're a lock to win it all next year.
